Location:
Whitewater, WI (Relocation Assistance Available – Up to $15K!)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Fridays OFF!)
Salary:
$78,600 – $110,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:
- Program CNC equipment (mills, lathes) using
Mastercam (v2020 or newer)
- Support production teams by improving machining processes and creating efficient routings
- Collaborate with engineering teams on new product development and continuous improvement
- Review and interpret blueprints using
AutoCAD,
VISI,
Inventor,
ProE, and related tools
- Troubleshoot real-time production issues on the shop floor
- Recommend and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience (or 1+ years with a relevant degree)
- Hands-on experience with
CAM software (Mastercam),
AutoCAD, and
G-Code
- Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, welding, and finished metals
- Familiarity with blueprint specifications, Microsoft Office, and manufacturing environments (OEMs, machine shops, etc.)
- A collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Floor-level troubleshooting experience with CNC lathes and mills
- Passion for tinkering, process improvement, and continuous learning
