Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team in Westminster, MD. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by creating precise and efficient programs for our CNC machines. Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create accurate machining instructions.
Set up and calibrate CNC machines for production runs.
Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve processes and reduce waste.
Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and changes made during production.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC programming is a plus.
