Responsible for programming and nesting plasma tables, tube lasers, flat lasers, and press brakes using CAD and CAM software. This role requires:

The programmer will maintain detailed documentation of all programming activities, including program files, setup sheets, and tooling information, to achieve production goals and ensure product quality.
Experience and Qualifications
- Develop and implement programs and nests for plasma tables, tube lasers, flat lasers, and press brakes to meet production specifications.
- Experience with sheet metal and/or structural steel fabrication required.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all programming activities, including program files, setup sheets, and tooling information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues during production.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements.
- Ability to meet frequent short timeline goals and deadlines.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CAD and/or CAM software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD, Boost, OmniWIN).
- Basic knowledge of Global Shop or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
