Job Description

HBM Programmer/Machinist

• Programming, setting up and operating CNC HBMs –Shibaura HBMS, with table dimensions of 77”x87”. These have Tosnuc controls which his similar to Fanuc and reads out in G&M code.- The machines is capable of 4-axis (w/ a rotary table), but most parts are machined on 3-axis. 4-axis experience is a nice to have.
  • Responsible for one machine at a time.
  • Setup times: 2-4 hours.

• Machine Setups for Production Runs

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis)
• Horizontal Machining Center (5+ axis)
