CNC Programmer

1st Shift

$75,000-120,000

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of CNC programming from scratch experience (MasterCam, G Code, M Code)
• Strong understanding of tooling and cutting strategies

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software..
• Support production runs by programming machines and assisting with setup prior to first article production.
• Operate and program a variety of equipment including 3-, 4-, and multi-spindle machines mills and lathes, with familiarity across platforms such as HAAS, Mazak, and Doosan.
• Utilize CAD software to modify designs and create fixtures/tooling required for manufacturing processes based on customer-provided blueprints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and customer-facing teams to translate product requirements into efficient machining processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing machine efficiency, reducing cycle times, and improving overall process performance.
• Ensure manufactured parts meet quality standards and regulatory requirements through active participation in inspection readiness and adherence to best practices.
