Job Summary: 

Quality Improvement

• Assist with Non Conformance Corrective Actions for department utilizing root cause Analysis
• Develop and Implement Work Instructions for all Part Numbers
• Provide technical assistance and solve root cause quality incidents
• Provide technical assistance to machine operators
• Train operators as required

CNC Programming

• Create and maintain programs for CNC machines.
• Maintain ISO CNC program control

Process Improvement

• Implement new technology including machines, tooling, and fixtures
• Implement productivity improvement projects
• Lead Machining Department C.I. meetings

Required Education/Experience:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Necessary Skills:

• Ability to read customer and Company provided blueprints, proficiently 
• Ability to complete necessary machine tool set-up procedure
• Excellent use of measuring devices, such as calipers and micrometers 
• Excellent communication skills
• GibbsCAM

Schedules:

• 1st Shift 5:00am-1:30pm (Monday-Friday)
• 2nd Shift 1:30pm-12:00am (Monday-Thursday)
