Responsibilities
- Program Multi-axis CNC machines using Mastercam to produce high-precision components.
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and tolerances (primarily Fanuc controllers).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Support sales by producing runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quoting
- Train and mentor machinists and operators on best practices and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, team orientated with strong communication skills
- 7-10 Years experience as a CNC Programmer (mastercam, g-code, m-code)
- Proven multi-axis experience as a Machinist in a aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
