**### Become a Key Player as a CNC Programmer **

• You will create and optimize CNC programs that enable the team to machine parts to specification and stabilize first-article production.
• You will work closely with operators, production engineering, and the manufacturing team to reduce setup time and improve process reliability.
• This is an onsite role on a 1st shift (5x8 days) schedule with guaranteed 40 hours/week.

**### Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team **

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes using Esprit CAM software

• Develop part setup, fixturing, machining strategy, order of operations, and tool selection

• Prepare setup sheets and tool lists showing reference points and cutting paths

• Suggest and implement program improvements; revise programs to eliminate omissions or errors

• Support operators during first article runs and process stabilization

• Analyze changes in methods/materials and contribute to continuous improvement and lean activities

• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and technical literature

• Support the team with cross-functional tasks as needed

**### Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role **

• Experience with Esprit programming software (non-negotiable)
• Experience with mill programming (non-negotiable)
• Completion of related trade school program, AA, or equivalent training/exposure to NC programming
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical/production functions; typically gained through prior experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of NC tooling, speeds/feeds, and proper machine sequences
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical manuals
• Ability to work with general direction, prioritize assignments, and apply continuous improvement methods

Here's What Else Might Help You Out**

• Experience with Mastercam

• Familiarity with aerospace industry and machine shop operations

• Two years of experience at the NC Programmer level (preferred)

### Pay Range $32.00 - $40.00/hour
