Job Description

We’re partnering with a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision-machined components, currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining CNC programs using Siemens NX, supporting the production of high-precision rotating aerospace components. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of models, tooling, and manufacturing processes while driving continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs from drawings, solid models, and IGES files
• Update CNC programs to improve quality, efficiency, and performance
• Partner with manufacturing teams to implement process improvements
• Collaborate with tooling vendors to evaluate and apply new tooling technologies and methods
• Use statistical analysis to troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues
• Work closely with fellow programmers to ensure best practices and consistency
• Test and implement NX software updates to maintain program integrity
• Support departmental goals related to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Interface with engineering teams and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience in aerospace manufacturing)
• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming, preferably in an aerospace machining environment
• Hands-on experience with 3-, 4-, 5-axis and mill-turn equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on problem solving and process development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels
• Detail-oriented with strong focus on current issues and continuous improvement
• Confident, technology-driven, and proactive in driving solutions
