Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining operations.
• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create accurate programs.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Monitor production runs and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality.
• Document programming changes and maintain accurate records of production data.
• Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine operation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are preferred.
