Key Responsibilities
- Optimize manufacturing processes for a wide variety of complex parts
- Program and troubleshoot 5-axis CNC machines utilizing MasterCam
- Design and implement automation solutions to enhance production flexibility and throughput
- Collaborate with design, production, and automation teams to resolve manufacturing challenges
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Document machining processes, programs, and automation workflows
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred
- Extensive experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in 5-axis CNC programming and operations
- Proven track record in automation integration within manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and G-code programming
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
