In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of our CNC plasma machine, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the CNC plasma cutting department, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Supervise and train CNC operators, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize cutting processes and improve product quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of CNC plasma equipment to ensure longevity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC plasma cutting operations, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.
