Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine cutting paths.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Plasma Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and plasma cutting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
