About the OpportunityTekPro is a direct-hire recruiting firm partnered with leading manufacturing companies to connect skilled talent with top-tier opportunities. We are currently seeking CNC Operators and Machinists for a well-established, high-performing manufacturing facility in Hanover Park.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and/or set up CNC machines (mills and/or lathes)

• Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency

• Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed

• Inspect parts using standard measuring tools

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience operating or setting up CNC machines

• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliable and able to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule

• Machining experience in a production environment preferred
