CNC Operator – 5 Axis Milling, Waterjet Deburr, Leak testing

No Prior Experience Required – We Will Train the Right Person

Application Questions:

1. Tell us about the last time you needed to be somewhere at a specific time (work, school, appointment, etc.). What steps did you take to make sure you arrived on time?
2. Describe something you’ve fixed, improved, or taken care of on your own (a tool, vehicle, household item, etc.) without being asked. Why did you decide to do it?
3. If a machine stops mid-run and the manual isn’t helpful, what would be your first steps to troubleshoot and get it running again?
4. What is one thing you’ve learned recently—outside of work or school—just because you were interested in it?
5. If we brought you on board, what’s the first thing you’d want to learn or understand about our shop and how we operate?
