🌙 Experienced CNC Operator – Night Shift
FLOFORM Countertops – Post Falls, ID

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Experienced CNC Operator (Night Shift) to join our Post Falls fabrication team. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship — we want to hear from you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor CNC machinery
- Set up stock using laser guides for accurate placement
- Load materials using mechanical lifters
- Verify measurements and machine settings to meet specifications
- Observe drilling, grooving, and cutting processes for quality control
- Detect and troubleshoot malfunctions; adjust and reprogram controls as needed
- Replace and maintain tooling to ensure optimal performance
- Follow quality assurance procedures and production standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere strictly to all production floor safety policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
✅ Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Stone CNC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mathematical skills, including fractions and measurements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and understand written English instructions
- Strong troubleshooting skills and sound judgment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
