Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Set-Up Operators to join our team in a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled facility. Multiple shifts are available, and this is a full-time direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent working conditions.

What You’ll Do

• Set up CNC mills, lathes, or Swiss-style machinery for production runs.

• Verify tooling, fixtures, and materials for each job and ensure proper alignment.

• Perform first-piece inspections and make necessary offsets or adjustments.

• Monitor machines for quality and accuracy throughout production.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience with CNC machine set-up, ideally on mills, lathes, or Swiss machinery.

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

• Familiarity with machine offsets and troubleshooting minor production issues.

• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality parts.
