- Day - 4x10 M-TH 4:30am - 3:10pm
- Swing - 4x10 M-TH 3pm - 1:40am
- Weekend - 3X12 Fri-Su 6am - 6:30pm
Responsibilities:
Operate & Set Up CNC mills, lathes, and/or production machines
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar tools
Follow work instructions, prints, and quality standards
Make basic adjustments
Communicate issues with the supervisor/programmer
Sets up machining jobs on Vertical, Horizontal, or Turning centers
Changes feeds, speeds, and other edits as necessary
Reports changes to programmer or supervisor
Trouble-shoots machining defects
Observes and evaluates tool wear
Provides training guidance to lower skilled machinists
Requirements:
- Hands-on CNC, machine operation, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or shop experience
- Measuring tool experience or willingness to learn: calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
- Comfortable working with tools, parts, and production equipment
- Able to follow work instructions, prints, and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working with tools, parts, and production equipment
- Willing to learn and take coaching
- Able to work day, swing, or weekend shift
Preferred Requirements:
- CNC Setup
- 2+ years CNC experience
- G-code edits
- G-code program
- GD&T
- Fanuc/Mazak/Haas
- Multi-axis
- Fixture Work
- Advanced troubleshooting
