Job Description

B&A Precision, a CNC manufacturing company which has been in business for over 50 years manufacturing components for the Aerospace, Defense, and Medical industries, is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe and Mill Operator with the following skill sets:

1. Applicants will be considered even if they only meet one of the following skills:

   2. Ability operate 2 and 3 axis CNC horizontal lathes.

   3. Ability operate 3, 4, and 5 axis milling machines.

2. Basic knowledge of Fanuc controls.

3. Familiarity with G-code programming.

4. Basic ability to read blueprints

   1. A working knowledge of GD&T is desirable.

5. Competence in the use of various measuring instruments and gages to verify product dimensions.

6. Willing to work in a team-based environment.

7. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

8. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.

9. This is a full-time, 1st shift position and pays an competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Summary:

As a CNC Lathe or milling operator, you will be responsible for operating various CNC machines to produce precision components. You will utilize your core skills in blueprint reading, machining knowledge, and use of precision measuring instruments to manufacture quality parts, and uphold the organization’s commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
