Job Description

2nd shift Hrs: 230pm-12 midnight (9/80 work schedule, every other Friday off)

Exeter, NH location

Skills:

Must have CNC Operation experience

•Perform quality work checks to insure your machine is producing quality standards

•Set up and run the first part after completion of machine set up

•Select tools and design fixtures to support the creation and modification of CNC programs; Perform routine mainenance on equipment

•Main required production and quality documentation

•Adhere to all safety rules and use required protective equipment

•Assist in inspection of finished machine parts

•Verify dimensions of machine parts using precision measuring instruments

•Perform routine maintenance on equipment

You should be proficient in:

• Equipment Troubleshooting
• CNC Machine Repair
• CNC Machine Installation
• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Manual Machining Skills

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC)
