We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to support production operations in a fast paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with entry level machining or machine operating experience who are looking to grow their skills within a structured and quality driven shop. The operator will be responsible for running CNC equipment, following work instructions, and ensuring parts meet required specifications.
Operate CNC machines according to setup instructions and job travelers
Read and interpret blueprints and basic technical drawings
Load and unload materials and components safely
Perform basic in process inspections using measuring tools as required
Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors or leads
Maintain accurate production documentation
Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and understand blueprints
Ability to write, read, and communicate effectively in English
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
Experience operating CNC equipment in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments
Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Manufacturing and production setting
Exposure to machine noise, metal materials, and shop equipment
PPE required per company safety guidelines
