Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable CNC Operator to support production operations in a fast paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with entry level machining or machine operating experience who are looking to grow their skills within a structured and quality driven shop. The operator will be responsible for running CNC equipment, following work instructions, and ensuring parts meet required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to setup instructions and job travelers

• Read and interpret blueprints and basic technical drawings

• Load and unload materials and components safely

• Perform basic in process inspections using measuring tools as required

• Monitor machine performance and report issues to supervisors or leads

• Maintain accurate production documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and understand blueprints

• Ability to write, read, and communicate effectively in English

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC machining processes

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC equipment in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments

• Familiarity with basic measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production setting

• Exposure to machine noise, metal materials, and shop equipment

• PPE required per company safety guidelines
