Summary/Objective:
Program data from shop blueprints into CNC Mill equipment in Aitken MFG a specialty products manufacturing plant for the purpose of milling and cutting necessary materials.

A minimum of two (2) years of related experience setting up and operating CNC equipment (Mazak).

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles and extreme heat. The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud. The employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. The employee must occasionally push and/or pull a maximum force of 200 ft-lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Close mental and visual application required to interpret drawings, layout, plan work, and weld. Good judgment in determining best method and procedure to be followed. Able to work on jobs while applying safety rules at all times.
