We are currently seeking a CNC Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture component parts used primarily in retail and tradeshow displays, fixtures, and exhibits. You’ll play a key part in maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety while fostering strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines, including flatbed wood router, edge bander and beam saw
• Configure the CNC by entering instructions, set tool database, tool offset and conditional switches
• Verify settings by measuring the positions, first run part and sample pieces
• Adjust tools and replace as needed with little or no supervision
• Make basic machine adjustments
• Verify part dimensions
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Inspect parts for quality and conformance

Requirements

To be a successful CNC Operator at Chandler, you will possess the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills and Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CNC Operation.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay Range

$26 - $38/hour (+ profit sharing)

The actual base salary offered will vary based on factors such as relevant skills, prior experience, education, and demonstrated performance. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
