Due to growth, we have an immediate need for several full-time CNC Mill Operators. These positions are direct-hire with competitive wages and full employee and/or family benefits. We work 4-10 hour days (Monday-Thursday); so you can have adequate time to pursue activities outside of work. Our 75,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facility provides the opportunity to work on a variety of Haas and Fanuc machines.

The key elements of the role are as follows:

  • Perform all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Properly and safely load and unload materials in CNC machinery
  • Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
  • Understand, interpret and edit G-code programming
  • Recognize, deploy and properly use inserts, fixtures and tooling
  • Understand and have the ability to perform tool wear offsets
  • Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery
  • Utilize and abide by ISO requirements and safety procedures
  • Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions


Knowledge of the following areas is required:

  • Performing part measurement and gauging
  • Interfacing with a CNC
  • Making tooling decisions
  • Responding to machine malfunctions
  • Setting-up and operating a CNC machine

Experience: 2+ years and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
