Job Title: CNC Operator

Pay: Starting at $22 to $25 per hour

Hours: 1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm (Monday to Friday)

2nd shift: 2pm to Midnight (Monday to Thursday)

As a CNC Operator, you'll play a vital role in supporting production by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC milling or lathe machines. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met, making a real difference in the manufacturing process every day.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing tool changes and handling offsets to ensure precise machining.
• Managing quality and production standards, along with adhering to safety protocols.
• Operating CNC Haas machinery to produce high-quality parts that meet customer specifications.
• Making necessary fixture and tooling offset adjustments to maintain accurate dimensions.
• Changing cutting tools as required during machining processes.
• Conducting first-piece and in-process inspections of components to verify compliance with print and process specifications.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Previous experience with CNC milling or lathe machining, preferably with Haas machines.
• Ability to perform offsets and tool changes confidently.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections.
• Basic understanding of machining and measurement tools.
• Reliability and a safety-conscious mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Location & Schedule

This position is on-site in Streetsboro, Ohio, offering either a first or second shift schedule. The first shift runs from 6am to 2:30pm, and the second from 2pm to Midnight, Monday through Thursday, with a 10% shift premium for the second shift.
