We are currently working with multiple clients seeking different levels of CNC talent ranging from setup/operators to highly skilled CNC Programmers with 3-Axis and 5-Axis experience. What will your day look like:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC mills, boring mills, and other CNC machining equipment

  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software such as WORK-NC, Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, or similar systems

  • Utilize CAD models, blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings to plan machining operations

  • Determine tooling, fixtures, offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining sequences

  • Machine steel, aluminum, and plastic components while maintaining tight tolerances

  • Set up tooling, vises, fixtures, and workholding devices for production runs

  • Monitor machining operations and inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met

  • Troubleshoot machining and programming issues and make adjustments as needed

  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to improve processes and production efficiency

  • Complete quality and production documentation accurately

  • Maintain equipment and follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 3+ years of CNC programming, setup, and/or machining experience preferred

  • Experience with WORK-NC, Mastercam, PowerMill, NX CAM, or similar CAM software

  • Experience with 3-Axis and/or 5-Axis machining operations

  • Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Fidia, Heidenhain, or similar controllers

  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and 3D CAD models

  • Injection mold machining experience is highly preferred

  • Aerospace, automotive, defense, or precision manufacturing experience is a plus

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and wearing required PPE
