Job Description

· Safely and efficiently operate CNC machining equipment

· Read, interpret, and follow engineering prints and work instructions

· Set up machines and perform changeovers for different part numbers

· Change tooling, touch off tools, and adjust offsets to maintain dimensional accuracy

· Operate machines productively to meet or exceed established cycle time and quality standards

· Load raw material and unload finished parts

· Perform manual deburring as required

· Conduct in-process inspections and verify parts meet specifications using measuring devices

· Complete daily machine upkeep and preventive maintenance tasks

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
