Job Description

We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious CNC Operators to join a great production team! We currently have openings across1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for operators who can confidently handle machine setups, make program adjustments, and keep production moving smoothly.

In this role, you will be working primarily with horizontal milling machines. We are looking for candidates with recent, hands-on CNC experience who can perform machine setups with minimal supervision, manage tool offsets, and troubleshoot basic machine alarms.

What You Will Do:

• Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate 4-axis horizontal milling machines according to documented work instructions and customer specifications.

• G-Code & Programming: Make simple edits and adjustments to G-code programs at the machine as needed.

• Tooling & Offsets: Prepare tooling and fixturing for upcoming jobs; install tool registers, work shifts, and compensation offsets.

• Troubleshooting: Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot standard CNC alarms.

• Safety First: Maintain a clean work area and strictly observe all shop safety rules.

What We Are Looking For:

• Controls & Machinery: Direct experience working with FANUC controls and 4-axis machines.

• Setup Skills: Ability to set up the machine and manage tool offsets with little to no assistance.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of recent experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Education: High School diploma or GED required.

Available Shifts (Please indicate your preference when applying):

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Experience:

• CNC Setup/Operation: 1 year (Required)

• FANUC Controls: 1 year (Preferred)

• 4-Axis Machining: 1 year (Preferred)
