CNC Lathe / Mill Operator (with Grinding Experience)

Santa Ana, CA

Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

$25- $30.00per hour (DOE)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe or Mill Operator with grinding experience to join our precision manufacturing team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating Fadal CNC and Doosan machines, producing high-quality precision tools and saw components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills (Fadal and Doosan).
• Perform precision grinding on metal components to meet exact tolerances and finishes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Maintain and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Fadal and/or Doosan preferred).
• Hands-on experience with metal grinding and finishing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
