As a CNC Operator at MacLean-Fogg’s Saegertown facility, you will play a key role in producing high-precision components used in the aerospace, military, automotive, and industrial markets. Shifts:- Shift 1: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Shift 3: 11:00pm – 7:00am
**Pay Range:
**$17.00 - $24.00/hour (depending on skills and experience)
Shift Differential:
+$0.75 for 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC lathes, mills, and/or multi-axis machining centers to manufacture precision components.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine operation to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Inspect finished components using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Interpret blueprints and job travelers accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and machine adjustments as needed.
- Document production information accurately and completely.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace following 5S standards.
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and protocols.
- Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Demonstrated work history with steady employment and minimal gaps.
- Proven reliability and punctuality to support production schedules.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
