**CNC Operator – 2nd Shift ($20–$24/hr + 10% Differential) | Rochester, NY

Schedule:$20–$24/hr10% shift differential

Overtime:Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes according to job specifications

• Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic G & M code edits

• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards

• Work closely with supervisors and machinists to ensure quality production

Ideal Candidate:- 1+ year of CNC operating experience (training available for motivated learners)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies
