Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing parts that meet specifications set forth by the company.
• Meeting established company production goals.
• Compliance with the company’s safety program.
• Report problems to responsible management levels
• Complete understanding of the Inspection Program as specified in NOV Tuboscope Vol. VI New Rotary Shouldered Connections (SOP-002).
• Machinist will be trained according to facility training matrix.

Qualifications:

• Physical stature to perform their duties for 8-12 hours per day.  
• Shall not have a reoccurring physical problem that would be aggravated by this type of work.  
• Must have good visual acuity and good color perception.  
• Must have the ability to learn applicable testing and measuring equipment.  
• Must have the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.  
• Must be able to comprehend to areas of the Quality Manual that pertain to the operation of his machine.
