This role involves advanced troubleshooting, setup, and programming to address complex machine issues, improve performance, and meet strict quality standards. The Operator also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements, ensuring smooth operations, and mentoring junior operators.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment
- Conduct quality control checks on produced items
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
- Utilize required gaging instruments
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area according to 5S standards
- Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Competencies
- Ability to interpret work instructions
- Proficient in following written and verbal directions
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Intermediate use of required gaging instruments

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in handling complex issues and problems
- Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
