We are Engineering the Furture! We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Loxley, AL which is only 30 miles from the stunning Mobile Bay and just an hour from the pristine white sand beaches of Alabama's Gulf Coast. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of rotor components. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Day to Day:

• Set up and operate CNC machine horizontal milling machines to produce rotor components according to specifications.
• Ensure the machines are working well, are running at full capacity and producting a quality product.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.

• 2+ years of proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with rotor components.

• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Our crew work Monday through Friday from 6-5 pm (which allows for 2 hours of overtime every morning!)

• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed due to special projects.

• We also use the Weldon CNC grinder, Kapp Niles grinder and the Holroyd precision grinder.
