Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorLocation: Greenwood, ARSchedule: Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with Fridays and Saturdays as neededPay: $18/hour or more depending on experiencePosition Overview:We are seeking a hands-on CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality metal components that meet customer requirements.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate machinery, including CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and other fabrication equipment.Adjust machine settings and tooling according to job specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to manufacture parts to customer requirements and quality standards.Perform quality control inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges); report defects or non-conformances and assist with corrective actions.Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work areas while following all safety protocols.Qualifications:PROOF of a High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in a manufacturing plant or shop environment.1–2 years of experience as a CNC machine operator.Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop as needed.Equipment Used:CNC machines, grinders, lathes, saws, hand tools, measuring tools, hoists, and forklifts.Required Safety Equipment:Steel-toed boots
