CNC Operator

Pay: $35/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + OT

Location: Devens, MA

Position: Direct Hire

We are seeking an experienced ** CNC Operator** to join a growing manufacturing team. This position will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC laser equipment while ensuring quality and dimensional accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances
• Make machine adjustments and understand feed rates, power settings, and material properties
• Work with G-code and make basic program adjustments
• Use measuring tools, microscopes, and basic fixturing
• Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Follow written and visual instructions and maintain accurate production flow

Requirements:

• CNC setup and operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and understand geometric tolerances
• G-code/programming knowledge
• Experience with vector manipulation and drawing software
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to use measuring equipment
• Background in manufacturing preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder due to ITAR requirements
