Schedule: Mon - Thur 6am- 4pm and Friday is 6am - 3pm

Job Overview

Operate a Flex CNC drill line to process structural steel components. Interpret production documents, set up and run jobs, verify part quality, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor the Flex CNC drill line to complete scheduled production runs.
• Read blueprints and follow shop documents to ensure correct job setup and processing.
• Load material, run machining operations, and inspect finished parts for required tolerances.
• Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools and established inspection practices.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and complete basic maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and promptly report equipment or process issues.

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable operators who can follow procedures and maintain consistent production and quality.
• Candidates with CNC machine operation experience (preferred) and comfort working from drawings/blueprints.
• Experience with measuring tools and attention to detail for part verification and inspection.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment safely, including overhead cranes (as applicable).
• Manufacturing experience and willingness to work in active, noisy, and dirty environments.
