Responsibilities:- Operate turning and milling centers to produce precision parts according to work orders, routers, and blueprints
- Set up close tolerance and conventional equipment using drawings, samples, and manuals
- Perform quality checks and verify parts using precision measuring tools
- Accurately document production activities, reports, and logs
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read calipers, micrometers, indicators, edge finders, and blueprints
- Basic understanding of CNC controls, cutting tools, and mechanical processes
- Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently
- Good communication skills with a safety and quality-focused mindset
