We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team at our facility in Arab, AL. As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in the production of our components. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
