Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Off Set Machinist (mills and lathes required) to join our dynamic team in Bedford Heights, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our strict specifications. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform offsets and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and workflows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC machinist with both mills and lathes, specifically with offset machining.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• CAM Software (Mastercam, Esprit, HSM Works, GibbsCAM, Mazatrol, Autodesk Fusion 360, Promill, Bobcad, Surfcam, Siemens NX, Sprutcam)
