🔧 CNC Mill Set-Up Operator

💵 Pay: $27–$36 per hour (Depending on Experience)

🕒 Schedule: Full-time | 1st Shift Available

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set-Up Operator to join our precision machining team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC mill operations, including machine setup, tool changes, and inspection procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to engineering specifications
• Perform tool changes and make machine offsets as needed
• Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain and monitor machines to ensure optimal performance and quality
• Follow safety protocols and uphold high quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in CNC mill operations is preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documentation
• Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection processes
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
