Our Putnam, CT, location is currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who possesses the experience to monitor quality by, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming control while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. The programmer is responsible for first time set up and stepping through the program.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be 18 years old.
High School diploma or GED preferred.
3-5 years on the job experience in a related field.
Ability to utilize CAM system i.e. MasterCam
Ability to do basic math, read, write, and speak English.
Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and coworkers.
Ability to work competently with minimal supervision.
Must possess organizational ability to set priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
Able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, lift 40 pounds and stand on feet for 8 hours.
