Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Programmer Operator for 2nd shift to join our team at our facility in Elmhurst, IL, 60126. The ideal candidate will have experience with CAM Software, CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis), Manual Vertical Mill, Optical Comparator, Overhead Crane, Blueprint Reading, and more. Responsibilities

Program and operate CNC Mills including Hurco, Doosan, and Dmg Mori Seiki machines
Perform machine setups for production runs
Troubleshoot CNC Machines as needed
Read and interpret blueprints
Utilize G-Code and GD&T
Apply Lean Manufacturing Principles
Demonstrate shop math skills

Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with CAM Software
Proficiency with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) and Horizontal Machining Center (3-4 axis)
Knowledge of Manual Vertical Mill and Optical Comparator
Ability to operate an Overhead Crane
Strong troubleshooting skills
