Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with a strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with various machining tools and equipment, including lathes and mills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a machining environment.

• CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Makino, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Nakamura)
• CNC Swiss Lathe (Citizen)
• CNC Mill (5+ axis VMC) (Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki)
• CNC Lathe (5+ axis) (Okuma, Dmg Mori Seiki, Nakamura)
