Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Milling Operator to join our team.
This is a direct hire opportunity for a skilled machinist with a strong background in CNC milling, blueprint reading, and precision measurement.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining tight tolerances in a production environment.
**Key Responsibilities:
**
Perform CNC milling operations to produce precision parts
Set offsets, adjust tool wear compensation, and change tooling as needed
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Use measuring instruments, inspection tools, and gauges to ensure quality standards
Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines
Maintain specified tolerances and ensure accuracy of finished parts
**Qualifications:
**
Minimum of 5 years of CNC milling machine experience
Experience with CNC operation, including offsets and tool changes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using inspection tools and measuring equipment
Lathe experience is a plus
**Schedule:
**
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Compensation:
**
Up to $28.00 per hour, based on experience
