Job Description

Our client in Mentor, OH a growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator for a temporary assignment expected to last 30-60 days, with the potential to become a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
• Perform machine set-ups and tool changes as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous CNC Mill operating experience required
• Ability to read measuring tools including calipers and micrometers
• Blueprint reading experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
