**CNC Milling Machinist: South Beloit, IL

**

A leading manufacturer of wire processing machinery is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join its machining team. This role offers the chance to work in a clean, modern facility with excellent benefits and a strong focus on work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities:

**

• Set up, program, and operate Mazak CNC milling machines

• Select appropriate tooling and ensure proper setup for each job

• Produce precision parts within required tolerances and specifications

• Optimize machine performance for quality and efficiency

• Edit and/or create CNC programs as needed

• Interpret setup sheets, blueprints, and machining specifications

• Assemble and install cutting tools in machine tool holders

• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and gauges

• Adjust speeds, feeds, and tooling to improve machining efficiency

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

**Skills & Experience:

**

• **Education

  **: HS Diploma required

• **Experience

  **: 3+ years of CNC mill machining experience required

• **Knowledge:

**Mazak Machinist/Programmer Equipment

**required

**

• **Software:

**familiarity with Mazatrol controls

**required
