Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications.
Make tooling adjustments and select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
Verify part quality using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments.
Perform secondary operations such as deburring and finishing parts.
Operate multiple machines as needed while maintaining production and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work independently while supporting team production goals.
3–5+ years of CNC machining experience, with a primary focus on CNC milling setup and operation.
Experience with Okuma controls preferred.
Experience with CNC vertical mills; experience with manual mills/lathes is a plus.
Familiarity with Okuma lathes, Samsung lathes with Fanuc controls, or Hardinge Bridgeport machines is beneficial.
