Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing all set-up and operational functions of CNC mill turn machines, fabrication of medical instruments and implants, deburring of parts, and inspection of parts using various tools and equipment.

Shifts Available:

• **2nd -OR- 3rd shift: **Monday - Thursday (4:30pm - 3:00am -**OR-**7:30pm - 6:00am) + 15% shift premium

• Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM; work 36 hours get paid for 40!

  15% shift premium for ALL weekend shift hours worked!

What You’ll Do:

• Operate, set up, and maintain CNC mill turn machines, finish machines, hand tools, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check-sheets, and instructions.
• Utilize basic inspection tools, such as calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, etc.
• Perform burr removal on all parts where required.
• Make necessary machine adjustments, tool changes, etc., as required.
• Interface with Epicor Labor Entry system and monitor work orders.
• Manage and monitor both internal and external quality as it relates to the work area.
• Drive continuous improvements towards quality and delivery within the work area.
• Execute the production plan to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Support the training of other employees in your area of responsibility as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' experience with CNC mill turn machines required.
