CNC Mill Setup/Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

**Location: **Anaheim, CA 92807

About the Role:

We're hiring an experienced **CNC Mill Setup/Operator **to run **Haas vertical mills **in a clean, climate-controlled shop. You’ll work with high-performance materials (Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel) and produce precision parts for the **aerospace, military, automotive, and commercial **industries.

Open Shifts:

• **1st Shift: **7:00 AM – 2:30 PM (2 openings possible)
• **2nd Shift: **2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• **Swing Shift Option: **11:00 AM – 7:30 PM (may be available)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Haas CNC vertical mills
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T drawings
• Use **hand tools **(micrometers, calipers, gauges) for inspection
• Build or use existing fixtures
• Run production and document critical dimensions

Requirements:

• **5+ years **CNC mill setup/operator experience
• Experience with Haas preferred (similar controls acceptable)
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
• Comfortable with Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
